Job summary

Marmion in Harrogate is seeking a highly driven individual with exceptional communication skills to join our fast-growing outsourcing business, operating predominantly within the automotive sector. You will generate new business by identifying opportunities across public sector and large fleets, arranging high-quality appointments and supporting quotations.

The role offers hybrid working after probation (3 days in office per week) with a salary up to £29,400 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B outbound sales or lead generation role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use IT systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and processes.
• Permanent right to work in the UK and reside within commuting distance to Harrogate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted B2B outbound calls to qualify leads and identify opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Key Account Managers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach processes and maximise opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets and maintain CRM records.
• Build rapport with customers to develop trusted conversations.
