Job summary

Guinness Property is seeking an Area Planner to join the Responsive Repairs team on a full-time permanent contract. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Oldham office, with hours 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday plus Saturday morning on a rota basis.

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of operatives, manage diaries, bookings and reschedules, keep accurate records, and update systems so repairs are tracked.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs Operatives to plan repairs efficiently.
• Manage operatives' diaries, bookings and rescheduling of appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track repair activities.
• Communicate clearly with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and performance.
