Job summary

Tria in Dorset is seeking an Application Analyst/Application Support Analyst to join its Application Services team, hybrid working in Dorset. You will investigate and resolve application incidents, support major incidents, monitor integrations and APIs, and work with internal teams and suppliers to keep services available and resilient.

This role offers exposure to cloud-hosted/SaaS applications, data flows and automation, with opportunities to drive improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and data flows.
• SQL skills and exposure to scripting (PowerShell, SQL or similar).
• Experience with cloud-hosted/SaaS applications and third-party suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Support major incidents and coordinate service restoration.
• Monitor applications, integrations, APIs, reporting feeds and batch processes.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Support new systems and projects transitioning into BAU.
• Drive service improvements, automation and operational excellence.
