Job summary

TRIA, a leading retailer, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its Application Services team. You will investigate and resolve application issues, support major incidents, monitor integrations and systems, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to keep services available and resilient.

You'll play a key role in transitioning new systems into BAU, driving automation and service improvements, and ensuring data flows and APIs run smoothly in a cloud/SaaS

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.
• Retail systems experience, ideally POS and merchandising.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and data flows.
• SQL skills and exposure to scripting (PowerShell, SQL or similar).
• Experience with cloud-hosted/SaaS applications and third-party suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Support major incidents and coordinate service restoration.
• Monitor applications, integrations, APIs, reporting feeds and batch processes.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Support new systems and projects transitioning into BAU.
• Drive service improvements, automation and operational excellence.
