Job summary

New Look is seeking an experienced Application Services professional to support its Retail, Corporate and Trading applications. You will investigate incidents, coordinate restorations and work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain service levels.

The role involves cloud-hosted and SaaS applications, strong incident management and ongoing improvements to monitoring and resilience across the application estate.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex IT environment.
• Experience supporting Retail applications such as Enactor POS and Oracle RMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Application Services support for Retail, Corporate and Trading applications; investigate incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate incident lifecycle with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support Major Incident Management to minimise business impact and restore service quickly.
• Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer during transitions to BAU.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, documentation and service ownership information.
