Qualifications

  • Ability to handle and interpret numerical data accurately.

  • Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts including double-entry bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Record bank transactions in the ledger and reconcile with bank statements.
  • Manage the client payment email inbox ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle employee expense claims in accordance with the company’s Expenses Policy.
  • Perform reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Process supplier invoices and maintain the purchase ledger.
  • Provide assistance to the wider Finance team as required.
