Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Director for a high‑value HVDC turnkey project. You will lead delivery, assume P&L accountability through tendering to PAC, and drive EHS, quality, and schedule performance for a multi‑cultural international team.

You will coordinate with consortium partners, manage risks and opportunities, and report to senior management. Travel may be required as part of overseeing a global program.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; technical preferred.
• Experience leading large, turnkey projects (> $500M) in energy/grid sectors.
• Proven EPC project management, consortium leadership, and contract management.
• Ability to lead international teams and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for GE scope of a large HVDC project with P&L accountability.
• Ensure EHS, on‑time delivery, and financial performance targets are met.
• Govern project reviews, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with consortium partner and multi‑disciplinary teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Controls, Finance, Contracts).
• Drive project planning, budget ownership, and change management to maximize performance.
