Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer, HVAC, for a remote role covering the UK Southeast. You will own post-order processes, coordinate with factories and third-party suppliers, and keep customers informed throughout delivery.

Ideal candidates bring proven technical sales or project delivery experience in HVAC, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and a willingness to travel or drive when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role in HVAC/building services.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams including customer care, sales, and project delivery.
• Understanding tender enquiries, product selections and post-order handover.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication to handle escalations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• UK driving licence; some travel to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers to Carrier UK&I Data Centre team and support standard and complex orders.
• Coordinate manufacturing, logistics and commissioning with project delivery.
• Support Sales with customer enquiries and tender bids.
• Engage with clients, consultants and designers to produce detailed selections.
• Manage end-to-end post-order process from order receipt to delivery.
• Oversee review and approval of Technical Submittals with Project management.
