Job summary

Trane Technologies in the UK seeks a Field-based Technical Deployer to enhance customer experience, support sales opportunities and deliver high-quality technical service across the UK.

You will schedule and dispatch technicians, collaborate with Rental, Sales and Operations, diagnose system issues on site, maintain CRM data, and build strong customer relationships while following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven technical, electrical and mechanical knowledge in HVAC or related field.
• Strong customer service principles and ability to fulfil client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactive planning and allocation of technicians to customer site visits based on skill sets and workload.
• Attend customer sites to carry out technical work or support technicians on projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted point of contact.
• Ensure accurate transfer of information for CRM and other systems.
