Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Modernisation Sales Engineer to join our UK team. The role is remote with London/South East coverage, focusing on HVAC sales and turnkey solutions for key accounts across the UK.

You will identify opportunities, prepare responses, negotiate deals, and build long-term relationships while working autonomously and with cross-functional teams. A strong engineering and sales background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical HVAC sales.
• At least 5 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to manage expectations with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software.
• Outstanding sales/negotiation skills with goal orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify bid opportunities, prepare responses, and lead negotiations with potential clients.
• Sell Technical Turnkey solutions and manage key accounts.
• Develop new leads and collaborate with sales and BD teams to grow customers.
• Nurture relationships with prospective key accounts across the UK.
• Attend industry trade shows to enhance visibility and attract clients.
• Work remotely from home, manage schedule and engagements.
• Prepare quotations with accurate, competitive pricing.
