White Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Manager to grow service sales across the northern UK from Edinburgh to Birmingham. The role combines technical HVAC knowledge with commercial drive to develop opportunities with new and existing customers, prepare proposals and convert them into long-term service relationships.

You'll work remotely, cover the Northern region, and incorporate car allowances and mileage in the package.

Formación

• Requires solid HVAC knowledge and the ability to develop proposals.
• Experience selling service and maintenance contracts to FM/estates/building owners.
• Proven track record closing sales.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customer sites, perform surveys, and prepare proposals for service and remedial works.
• Target facilities management, estates managers, building owners and mechanical contractors.
• Develop opportunities in existing base with service contracts and new-project service proposals.
• Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and replacement pumps.
• Manage customer accounts, renewals and quotations.
