Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to partner with our local wholesale network and customers. You will solve customer problems, drive long-term relationships, and smash sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

The role focuses on managing a portfolio, identifying opportunities, and providing technical guidance and training when needed. Occasional trade function participation is required.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in a sales role.
• Experience working with wholesale customers.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle queries from dealers, customers and service partners; provide training and support when needed.
