Job summary

Hussmann Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and manage HVAC/R contracting opportunities across districts. You will build strong relationships with decision makers, oversee programs from concept to completion, and report progress to the District Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC/refrigeration sales, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Travel within the region and alignment with operations will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration sales.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with decision makers in HVAC/R contracting opportunities.
• Lead business processes from conception through completion and manage the sales plan for the district.
• Provide total account business reports and annual forecasts.
• Coordinate with store managers, maintenance personnel and other stakeholders to fulfill projects.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts and project scopes.
• Travel within region as required and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
