Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a sales/techno-commercial professional with a background in electro-mechanical systems to manage demanding customer relationships and drive value-based sales in the HVAC sector.

You will prioritise markets and accounts, develop winning plans, and coordinate resources to meet customer needs in a hybrid working setup. Relevant HVAC experience and UK construction exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in HVAC/Allied industry or related academic study.
• 2+ years UK Construction industry experience in sales/techno-commercial/operational role.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritise and engage markets, accounts, or individuals to initiate the demand management cycle.
• Establish and sustain value-adding relationships at all levels of the customer accountability.
• Create and execute a winning sales plan with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and marshal company resources to meet or exceed them.
