Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer to identify, develop and secure retrofit, replacement and energy efficiency opportunities across commercial and industrial customers in the UK. You will manage opportunities from prospecting through project handover, building strong customer relationships and achieving revenue and margin objectives.

The role requires proven sales experience in HVAC or retrofit solutions, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to craft

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in HVAC, building services or retrofit solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to develop customer-focused technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC retrofit and replacement opportunities.
• Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for customers.
• Present solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.
