Job summary
Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer to identify and secure retrofit, replacement and energy efficiency opportunities across commercial and industrial customers. Qualifications
- Must have proven sales experience in HVAC, building services or retrofit solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to develop customer-focused technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new HVAC retrofit and replacement opportunities.
- Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for customers.
- Present solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.
