You will engage with both technical sales and senior technical hiring, leveraging your recruitment expertise to drive growth while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement in a modern facility near East Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 or BDM in recruitment.
• HVAC or related manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Agency background in recruitment with a focus on sales/BDM.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage client relationships for HVAC roles.
• Lead recruitment for international HVAC manufacturers and build new accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to fulfill technical sales and senior technical hiring needs.
