Job summary

Symmetry Recruitment LTD is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing HVAC business onsite in Winsford. The role focuses on outbound phone-based sales, developing relationships with existing customers and new prospects, and generating new business opportunities.

You will qualify leads, pass them to the sales and service teams, keep the CRM updated, and work toward call and sales targets. Training on HVAC products is provided, with a generous commission package.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, telesales or similar phone-based role.
• Confident with high volume outbound calls.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• HVAC experience beneficial but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects from provided data.
• Reconnect with previous customers and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities across HVAC servicing, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Qualify opportunities and pass leads to the wider sales and service teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads and customer opportunities.
• Keep the CRM fully updated with customer details, call notes and outcomes.
• Schedule callbacks and follow-ups as needed.
• Work toward call, activity and sales targets.
