Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking a Junior HVAC Sales Executive to join a growing business in the HVAC and building services sector in the North West. The role targets candidates with HVAC exposure and a drive to move into a customer-facing sales position.

You’ll work with existing customers and develop new relationships across the region, including contractors, consultants and other building services customers. A company car/allowance and benefits package are included.

Junior HVAC Sales Executive

Location: North West

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance + Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Executive to join a well-established and growing business within the HVAC and building services sector.

This role would suit someone who already has some experience within HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation or mechanical building services and is looking to move further into a commercial sales position.

You may currently be working in internal sales, technical sales, estimating, applications, account management or junior business development and be looking for an opportunity to develop into a more customer-facing role.

The Role

You’ll work closely with existing customers while developing new relationships across the region, including contractors, consultants and other key building services customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing existing customer accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Building relationships with HVAC and mechanical contractors
• Supporting project and specification-led sales opportunities
• Following up quotations, enquiries and live projects
• Attending customer meetings and site visits
• Working closely with internal technical and estimating teams
• Developing a strong understanding of the company’s HVAC solutions
• Building a long-term sales pipeline across the region

About You

• Some previous experience within HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation or building services
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
• Confident communicating with customers and building relationships
• Comfortable discussing technical products and project requirements
• Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Full UK driving licence
