Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking a Junior HVAC Sales Executive to join a growing business in the HVAC and building services sector in the North West. The role targets candidates with HVAC exposure and a drive to move into a customer-facing sales position.

You’ll work with existing customers and develop new relationships across the region, including contractors, consultants and other building services customers. A company car/allowance and benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Some HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation or building services experience.
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing a career in sales.
• Confident communicating with customers and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing existing customer accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Building relationships with HVAC and mechanical contractors.
• Supporting project and specification-led sales opportunities.
• Following up quotations, enquiries and live projects.
• Attending customer meetings and site visits.
• Working closely with internal technical and estimating teams.
• Developing a strong understanding of the company’s HVAC solutions.
• Building a long-term sales pipeline across the region.
