Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager for HVAC service and maintenance covering Kent and London. The role is field-based with hybrid flexibility, offering £60,000–£65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and a clear opportunity to drive growth.

You will build relationships with commercial and residential clients, identify opportunities, and work closely with engineers to deliver tailored solutions across installation, maintenance, repair and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development.
• Background in the HVAC or Refrigeration industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HVAC and Refrigeration market.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, lead generation, market research and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Arrange and attend customer meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
