Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting an established building services company in recruiting an HVAC Contracts Manager to oversee mechanical services projects across the UK. You will liaise with clients, manage procurement, and drive on-site delivery to programme while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Based in the Cheltenham area with nationwide opportunities, the role offers a £65,000–£70,000 salary, a generous bonus scheme, a company car, and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the internal design department to ensure schemes are produced in line with client briefs and specifications.
• Procure and order plant, equipment, materials, and subcontract packages in line with project requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring work is completed to programme, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring cost control and performance targets are achieved.
