CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Bolton team. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services, with a focus on reliability and energy efficiency.

You will work with the client, coordinate with the Account Manager, supervise subcontractors, and assist during on-call shifts. A strong fault-finding background and F-Gas experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Apprenticeship completed or time-served in HVAC maintenance.
• Strong HVac maintenance experience.
• City & Guilds qualification in relevant mechanical discipline.
• Multi-skilled capability across electrical and mechanical work.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• Ability to supervise contractors on site.
• Competence in producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Ability to prepare and understand permits and safe systems of work.
• F‑Gas certification and experience working with refrigerants.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage risks associated with onsite equipment, including critical spares and plant performance improvements.
• Manage environmental conditions via the BMS system and ensure plant and equipment operate efficiently.
• Fault-find on a wide range of HVAC plant, with focus on VRV/VRF systems.
• Work safely with refrigerants, ensuring compliance with F‑Gas handling requirements.
• Liaise with the client on reactive and planned tasks and support Health & Safety matters.
• Act as Energy Champion and Safety Champion when required.
• Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
• Prepare, follow and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
