Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team. You will perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to plant, equipment and building services to ensure a reliable, safe and comfortable environment for clients.

The role requires fault finding on HVAC plant, with a focus on VRV systems, F-Gas handling, and supervising subcontractors. You will contribute to risk assessments, energy efficiency and the preventative maintenance program, while

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience in commercial settings.
• Strong fault-finding and electrical/mechanical skills.
• Ability to supervise contractors and complete risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site and improve plant performance.
• Maintain plant and building services using the BMS system.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to reactive tasks.
• Fault finding on HVAC plant with emphasis on VRV systems.
• Supervise sub-contractors and participate in on-call rota.
