Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in the UK is seeking an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer based in Rugby to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant and building services. You will ensure reliable operation of HVAC systems and support energy efficiency initiatives.

You will fault-find on a wide range of equipment including VRV/VRF, manage risk assessments, co-ordinate with subcontractors, and work with the BMS and on-call rota to maintain safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC maintenance and fault-finding.
• City & Guilds mechanical qualification.
• F-Gas certification and refrigerants experience.
• Ability to supervise contractors and manage safety.
• Competence in producing Risk Assessments and MS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks associated with onsite equipment.
• Manage environmental conditions via the BMS system.
• Fault-find on HVAC plant, including VRV/VRF systems.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, with on-call rota.
• Plan daily work using email and calendar tools.
• Prepare permits and safe systems of work.
