Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Beeston, Nottingham is recruiting an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services.

You will identify risks, manage the BMS-controlled environments, fault‑find on VRV/VRF systems, supervise subcontractors and participate in an on‑call rota, ensuring safety and compliance with F‑Gas requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience in HVAC maintenance.
• City & Guilds mechanical qualification.
• F‑Gas certification and refrigerant handling.
• Ability to supervise contractors and plan works.
• Experience producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks for onsite HVAC equipment.
• Operate the BMS to control environmental conditions.
• Fault-find on HVAC plant including VRV/VRF systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Attend on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours emergencies.
• Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
