Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Mansfield, Nottingham is seeking an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services.

The role requires strong HVAC maintenance experience, an apprenticeship or City & Guilds qualification, and F-Gas certification. You will work on-site, adhere to safety standards, and support the maintenance team with risk assessments and CAFM log tasks.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time-served apprenticeship.
• Strong HVAC maintenance experience.
• F‑Gas certification and experience with refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks with onsite equipment and plant performance.
• Manage environmental conditions via the BMS system for efficient operation.
• Liaise with client on reactive and planned tasks and maintain safety.
• Carry out fault-finding on HVAC plant, focusing on VRV/VRF systems.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors as needed and participate in on-call rota.
