The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Maintain strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and others.
• Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure system security and data privacy standards are met.
