HR Business Partner – London (Hybrid, 3 Days per Week)
£55,000 - £60,000 (Car Allowance + Package)
We are exclusively partnering with a global services and outsourcing provider with key operations and major accounts based in central London and across the UK.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a large, predominantly London-based technical engineering population of approximately 900 employees. Due to the success and rapid growth of the business unit, we are looking to add another high-performing HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Director.
As an HR Business Partner, this is a full generalist role, but with a focus beyond just partnering with the business. You will serve as an internal consultant, providing expert advice and support on TUPE, restructures, recruitment, employee relations (ER), change management, performance, and broader HR processes. Your goal will always be to empower stakeholders and help drive the success of the business.
