Job Description
The Role:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Strategy, you will shape a high-performance culture across EMEA in partnership with the global HR team. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, covering employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the EMEA region, including regional employment law and internal practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding on people strategies supporting business goals.
  2. Performance Management: Mentor leaders in achieving quarterly objectives using performance systems and data insights.
  3. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders on talent needs, workforce analysis, and organizational design.
  4. Employee Relations & Policy Compliance: Manage employee relations issues, policy adherence, and grievances.
  5. Compensation & Rewards: Oversee reviews and merit planning, ensuring fairness and alignment.
  6. Learning & Development: Develop initiatives to foster skill growth, especially within engineering and technical teams.
  7. HR Operations & Analytics: Use HR data to identify trends and support operational and strategic decisions.
  8. Change & Organizational Management: Support leaders through organizational changes with effective change management practices.
Your Focus Areas
  1. Act as the main HR contact across EMEA, building strong relationships.
  2. Advise business leaders on organizational decisions impacting employees and HR operations.
  3. Champion our Bitcoin treasury strategy, staying informed on financial health and products to align HR initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with HR shared services to ensure smooth processes.
  5. Support restructuring efforts through role design and change management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related; Master’s or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  2. 5+ years in an HR business partner role, with at least 3 years focusing on EMEA.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices in key EMEA countries (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands).
  4. Proven ability to partner with senior and C-level executives.
Skills
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with HR data proficiency.
  2. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance management systems.
