As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Strategy, you will shape a high-performance culture across EMEA in partnership with the global HR team. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, covering employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the EMEA region, including regional employment law and internal practices.
