Job DescriptionThe Role:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture across EMEA in partnership with the global HR team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive HR initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth HR experience within the EMEA region, including knowledge of regional employment law, and internal business practices.
