Job Description:

I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a fantastic IT Services organisation in London, who are currently seeking a highly commercial and capable HR Business Partner for their Sales client group, reporting into the CPO. This generalist role requires a deep understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, as well as significant hands-on experience. But most importantly, you must have supported Sales as part of a previous role. The company operate a flexible hybrid working model, with one day a week in the City, with more days as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record as an HR business partner in a previous role supporting sales teams within an IT, Tech or SAAS business. The role requires you to support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes, as well as provide support on the entire generalist HR remit including overseeing payroll and benefits and rolling out initiatives including engagement and EDI. You will also provide strategic advice and develop employment policies, partner with business leaders and the wider HR team on matters such as performance management and employee relations, and talent development and restructures.

Who you are

• Proven track record in HR Business Partnering for a sales client group within IT or Tech
• Proven track record within both small and large organisations
• Experience in using Workday as your HRIS
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and highly data driven
• Empathetic and collaborative by nature, and highly solution focussed
