Are you a Spanish speaking HR Business Partner with experience working across multiple countries? Do you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial scale-up environment? Would you like to shape a newly created HR Business Partner role?

HRLife is collaborating with a newly appointed, inspirational Chief People Officer who is seeking their first HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, growing international business. You will help set the strategy, culture, and HR framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-performing HR approach across 15 countries globally. You will support the development and implementation of a market-leading employee journey across the full lifecycle, while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture as the company evolves.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the CPO in delivering all HR-related activities, including talent and leadership development, skills and competency development, and HR operations.
  2. Building strong partnerships with global leaders to serve as their trusted advisor and people champion, ensuring alignment with the company's culture, values, and objectives.
  3. Supporting the development of organizational foundations such as policies, procedures, contracts, and processes globally, while fostering a strong culture.
  4. Creating pathways for growth and succession planning to retain and develop top talent.
  5. Managing employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms to enable continuous improvement.
  6. Advising on all HR areas, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, performance management, and rewards, considering local legislation and cultural nuances.

We seek someone comfortable working in a start-up environment with minimal existing structure, ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.

Additional requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous HRBP experience across multiple regions
  • Awareness and sensitivity to various countries and cultures, balancing consistency with local adaptation

This role is remote with international travel (likely monthly). There is also an option to base yourself in London if preferred.

Salary: Up to £70k plus bonus.
