We have an exciting new role available as an HR Business Partner within Sodexo’s Corporate Segment. As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders and the segment HR Director to drive and deliver people strategies that enhance business performance and workforce planning.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead on HR initiatives that strengthen the client relationship, support business growth, and ensure the successful implementation of HR practices across designated accounts. This includes managing all aspects of TUPE transfers—conducting due diligence, employee consultations, and ensuring a smooth mobilisation process.
This role will shape the people agenda, enhance employee engagement, and contribute directly to strategic business outcomes.
