Delighted to support this impressive company based in Gloucester, keen to recruit an experienced HR generalist with strong communication skills to contribute to their continued success. This HR generalist opportunity will suit someone with strong strategic HR skills as well as being adept at day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of HR areas, effectively onboarding new candidates through substantial HR strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with management to create a productive environment where all employees can thrive!

Responsibilities include:

• Research and analyze employee trends, recommending and implementing effective ways to increase employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Strong HR experience to enable risk reduction.
• Set standards and strategy for business growth through the people plan, collaboration, ethics, values, and culture of the company.
• Solid experience at HR Business Partner / HR Manager level.
• Strong organization and communication skills, ambitious approach, and collaborative style.
• Demonstrated commercial approach and success in supporting business growth, ideally in a blue-collar environment.
• Experience in HR strategy and day-to-day HR processes.
• CIPD preferred but not essential.
• Up to £53k pa plus a full range of benefits.
