Role - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location - The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham
Full Time – 37.5 per week

About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will report directly into the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at The Harborne Hospital and will play a key role in partnering with members of the management team and their teams in relation to day-to-day HR matters whilst working closely with the CHRO to implement the HR strategy across the facility.
The HRBP is a trusted partner to the management team and will be required to establish and deliver support to facilitate long term objectives, deputising for the CHRO when required, you will support and help influence with shaping of the HR function and imbedding our culture.
