Job summary

Ballyvesey Holdings Heathrow Depot is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support day-to-day HR operations at the depot. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle processes with a people-led approach.

The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience; CIPD Level 5 is desirable. You will champion data hygiene in our HRIS and collaborate with managers to drive engagement and consistent policies across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience in mid-sized organisations or scaling corporate environments is advantageous.
• Degree in HR or Business welcomed or equivalent practical experience.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable.

We currently have a position for a Human Resources Advisor based out of our Heathrow Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
• Support and refine recruitment processes, working with managers and our Talent Team to support onboarding and induction for new hires
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, primarily through empathetic, people-led change management, transparent development frameworks and appraisals.
• Act as people platform super-user, championing data hygiene and compliance throughout our people platforms / HRIS (SuccessFactors) and other company records.
• Support leaders to drive engagement, culture and consistency across the organisation.
• Develop robust employee communication channels.
• Maintain, iterate and drive clear, compliant and modern people policies and procedures.
• Build positive and effective professional relationships with stakeholders.

Experience:

1-2 years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations. Proven experience working in HR or People Operations, mid-sized organisations (#removed# employees) and/or a scaling corporate environment is highly advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

A degree in HR or Business is welcome, or equivalent practical experience. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
