The successful candidate will provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people-related matters.
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the business. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide practical, professional and commercially focused HR advice while ensuring company policies, procedures and employment legislation are followed. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with typically 2 days per week onsite, with flexibility to attend up to 3 days per week when business needs require. Own Transport and Driving licence required.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role with 3-5 years previous experience or/and a CIPD Qualififcation but not esstential and will be confident providing advice and guidance across a range of HR matters. You will be approachable, professional and able to establish positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. A good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice is required, together with the ability to deal confidently and sensitively with confidential and sometimes complex employee matters.
