This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.

The successful candidate will support the HR service delivery to employees across the whole authority by providing a range of administrative HR tasks and offering advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Ideally you will have experience of working within an HR environment. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and have the skill to organise and prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality always is paramount.

You must have a confident, tactful, and sympathetic approach and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

For the role, we ask that you have:
  • A level 2 qualification/s on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example 5 GCSEs Grades A*-C, Level 2 NVQ.
  • Very good customer service skills - making every effort to meet the needs and exceed expectations of customers (both internal and external).
  • The ability to travel across the County Borough and beyond.

We have excellent benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme, agile working patterns and staff discount schemes.
