As a Human Performance Data Lead, you’ll translate complex human performance data into clear, actionable intelligence that shapes programme decisions and policy.
Day‑to‑day, your work will help optimise performance in high‑pressure environments improving outcomes for customers and communities and will accelerate your own growth through exposure to meaningful, insight‑driven projects at the heart of national defence.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is based on site in Herefordshire.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) and Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) for this role.
