Job summary

Evri in Coventry seeks an experienced Hub Transport Operations Manager to lead the premium transport operation. You will drive safety, compliance and cost efficiency while delivering a high-quality service.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll coach Shift Managers, use data to improve KPIs and partner with clients to meet service levels. A CPC qualification is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport teams.
• Strong understanding of transport processes and compliance.
• CPC qualification is essential.
• Ability to use data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shift Managers and teams.
• Support transport planning, performance and client service levels.
• Drive compliance across transport legislation and Operator Licence.
• Use operational data to identify trends and KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Manage operational costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support resource and transport planning for peak periods.
• Maintain high standards for Health & Safety, compliance and performance.
