Job summary

Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to lead our National Hub sortation operation. Reporting to the Process Manager, you will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels move safely and efficiently while maintaining productivity, engagement and compliance.

The role requires a confident people leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop colleagues, monitor KPIs and drive health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role.
• Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to improving performance and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver operational targets.
• Deploy resources effectively to meet changing operational demands.
• Monitor productivity and performance against KPIs.
• Coach and develop colleagues to reach their full potential.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure operational compliance.
• Complete equipment and process checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Support the smooth and efficient flow of parcels through the National Hub operation.
