Overview

We are currently recruiting Hub Operators to join the team and work within our security Hub in Daventry which supports our stores and helps us to ensure that we remain safe at all times. You will work within one of the following teams: Security Operations Centre, Crime, Continuous Improvement, Triage, North, Central or South. You will be a part of a hardworking team who review CCTV and data to identify suspicious activity for a number of stores and collate findings into comprehensive case files.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with dedicated teams as well as cross-functional teams where applicable; co-operating with external partners and being the recognised, trusted expert of the process
  • Communicate objectives, results and actions in the most effective, informative and simple way for the target audience
  • Plan your own time and interpreting data effectively
  • Demonstrate strong planning skills and develop realistic, well thought-out plans and delivering against those plans
  • Effectively interacting with external suppliers to deliver process changes and training.
  • Identify risks in stores and craft comprehensive case files for anything found
  • Understand the key risks in stores from available reports
  • Request additional data for evidence on certain types of cases
  • Speak to stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gain additional insight
  • Ensure data is processed in a confidential and secure manner, always following Information Security policies
  • Maintain confidentiality when taking care of sensitive data and case files
