Job summary

A fast-growing energy start-up in the UK is seeking an HSEQ Lead to drive compliance and performance as it opens new sites. The role offers the opportunity to shape processes while working in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include leading the QHSE culture, advising teams on compliance, and championing sustainability initiatives. Candidates should have a NEBOSH certificate and experience in a similar role, ideally in a multisite context. Competitive salary plus car allowance and bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar level role, ideally leading the HSEQ function in a multisite capacity.
• Knowledge of CDM is beneficial.
• Background in fuel, HVO, forecourt, energy, logistics, construction, engineering, or manufacturing is considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement of QHSE culture and management systems.
• Advise teams on compliance best practices.
• Champion sustainability and zero-harm culture.
• Drive accreditation processes and training initiatives.
• Embed safety and quality into operations.
