Charles Russell Speechlys is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to maintain the firm’s HRIS, optimise system efficiency and support integrations. The role sits in a collaborative HR Operations, MI & Systems team and reports to the manager.

You will work across Employee Central, payroll, reporting and onboarding to ensure data integrity and effective delivery of HR processes. You will partner with IT, Finance and AMS to plan enhancements, run data cleanses and manage system changes while advocating

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors modules including EC, ECP (GUI), Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development.
• Proven track record delivering medium to high complexity HR system enhancements or module rollouts.
• Advanced MS Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR).
• CIPD Level 5 accreditation or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key point of contact for PeopleHub; support queries, resolve issues and help deliver the HRIS roadmap across EC, Payroll, Reporting and more.
• Collaborate with IT/Finance to plan, build and implement HRIS integrations and maintain current connections.
• Manage the Firm’s position management process; embed in Recruitment and Finance processes; handle imports, bulk updates, configuration changes, permissions and onboarding docs.
• Plan, build and implement new enhancements across the platform to improve HR processes.
• Support data cleanses and reconciliations; ensure data integrity and transparency for HR reporting.
• Assist with time off/absence module including period end processing and buy/sell.
• Apply EC Payroll and GUI knowledge to support payroll operations.
• Explain data flows between core HR and other systems and impact on other departments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and propose practical solutions; provide training where needed.
• Support HR technology governance and platform management, including releases, testing and adoption; use SAP resources to improve SF adoption.
• Collaborate with AMS vendor to ensure effective service delivery and issue escalation.
