Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership in London is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to steer the firm's global people system, enabling technical excellence and business insight across the organization.

You will oversee system builds, apply patches/releases, maintain data flows, ensure security, and drive reporting and analytics while managing a small team of two Analysts and partnering with HR colleagues to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily management of the HRIS/people system and oversee a team of 2 Analysts.

As part of the HR function based in London, you will manage a team of 2

Analysts as well as overseeing the daily management of the people system. Your responsibilities will include system builds, applying patches/releases, maintaining data flows, ensuring security, and conducting reporting and analytics.
