Job summary

Motability Operations Ltd is seeking an HR Operations & Enablement specialist to help transform HR technology and automation. You'll improve recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle processes across HRIS and ATS, delivering scalable, user-focused solutions.

In this hands-on role, you will design, test and implement workflow improvements, collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders, and ensure data quality, governance and smooth transitions to automated processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system improvements.
• Strong data quality and governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and implement workflow automations for HRIS and ATS.
• Support day-to-day admin and optimisation of core HR systems, including reports and data integrity.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflow and system improvements with stakeholders.
• Configure and support digital forms and workflows with change governance.
• Deliver HRIS and ATS improvements across onboarding, recruitment and lifecycle.
• Use Power Automate to automate HR processes and improve user experience.
• Create process documentation, testing records and SOPs for governance.
• Support system testing, release activity and user acceptance testing.
• Provide day-to-day support to embed new ways of working and assist adoption.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, suppliers on technical details and scope.
