Job summary

Parkside is seeking a Systems Analyst in Staines-upon-Thames to optimise HRIS software and support HR processes. You will develop, configure, implement, and analyse HRIS data, monitor activities and drive improvements across HR systems.

You will produce HR metrics, dashboards, and bespoke reports, and train end-users while collaborating with external vendors to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Excellent Excel skills (v-lookups, Pivot tables, COUNTIF, IF statements).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling large quantities of data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple projects/priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage HR data to provide management information on workforce metrics and HR activities.
• Develop, analyse, and deliver HR reports and dashboards showing turnover, diversity, headcount, compensation.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR metrics to HR leadership and management.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements and create bespoke reports for decision-making and compliance.
• Provide end-user training and support on HRIS functionality and best practices.
• Lead HRIS projects like upgrades, new features, or integrations with other systems.
