Kingston University is seeking a dedicated HR Management Information & Systems Partner to enhance HR data quality and accessibility. You will support HR teams with complex data sets, develop data products for strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Based in Kingston-upon-Thames with a minimum of three days in the office, you will collaborate across HR to optimise systems and deliver reliable workforce analytics for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in data reporting, presentation and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Data Protection legislation.
• Experience in utilizing and developing HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
• Plan and deliver the annual Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
• Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
• Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
• Respond to external requests for HR data
• Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.
