Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join the Systems Team. You will configure and optimise our HR systems, ensure data integrity, develop reports and dashboards in Power BI, and support end-users across the business.

Based at one of our main offices in London (Farringdon) or Sittingbourne (Kent), you’ll work from our offices for a minimum of two days a week and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality system functionality and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People/HR function as systems SME.
• Significant experience configuring and optimising people systems.
• Ability to provide people data reports from systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain our HR systems, including workflows, approvals and business rules.
• Support uploads, data changes, system upgrades and coordinate UATs.
• Provide first-line end-user support and guidance on system capabilities.
• Build and maintain people data reports and dashboards using embedded tools and Power BI.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and system adoption.
